There are 12 friendly Internationals being playedn today as well as 1 final Euro 2016 qualifier as Belgium travel to Israel. It's hardly a night for big stakes and having finished March on such a high, it would be silly to risk much of my profit on this, the last day of the month. Still, there are some interesting contest amongst some less interesting fixtures and I have picked out 5 games to focus on tonight. Here are my short previews and suggested bets for the best of the action tonight. 20.45 - Israel v Belgium - Prediction - 0.2 - Best Bet - Belgium to win @4/7, Belgium -1 to win @6/5
Anyone who saw Wales completely dominate this Israeli side at the weekend will be happy to steam into Belgium here and the odds on the away win are shortening from 8/11 originally. Given the qualify of this Belgian side and the paucity of the previous Israeli display, it would be a huge surprise if the Belgians don't turn them over tonight and with this, the only competitive fixture of the evening, it will be in my main bet for the night. I'm pretty confident that the Belgians will win by more than 1 and you can back them on the handicap at 6/5. 20.45 - Holland v Spain = Prediction 1.2 - Best Bets = BTTS @5/6 and Spain to win @11/8 Holland are in big trouble in their qualifying group and could be the biggest nation to enter the playoffs come November with the gap to them and 2nd placed Iceland a big 5 points.s Of course nobody will wish to play the Dutch in the event that they do finish 3rd but at the moment they look incredibly vulnerable having scraped a draw at home to Turkey at the weekend to slip further behind in the group and are struggling to find any form under the experienced Guus Hiddink. Tonight they face a rematch with Spain who they thumped 5.1 last summer in some style, and are also in transition, having being eliminated so brutally at that World Cup and while they are on course to qualify for the Euro finals, they have also suffered some poor performances and results, notably losing in Slovakia and narrowly winning 1.0 at home to Ukraine this past weekend. I imagine both sides will score given their attacking natures, and perhaps it will be Spain to take the win. Holland are really struggling at the minute and I think the Spanish can win in Amsterdam. 20.45 - Italy v Englnd = Prediction 1.2 - Best Bets, BTTS @1/1, England not to lose @1/2, England to win at 2/1 Much the same in Italy as 2 sides in transition rematch their World cup group fixture with England visiting Turin in good form and in confidence. I'm pretty confident about BTTS with the away side my tip to win against an Italy side who did not convince me at all. England have a lot of exciting young players now and with Harry Kane making his first start, I fancy England tonight and I'm pretty confident they won't lost here and with Kane wearing the mask of a superhero at the moment, it is quite possible he could open the scoring at 5/1. You can beck the English to win at 2/1 odds or the safer 1/2 on England not to lose seems reasonable. Either way, it should be a decent encounter and I would not be shocked if the visitors claim a morale boasting win here. 20.30 - Slovakia v Czech Republic - Prediction 1.1 - Best Bet - draw @11/5 A local derby here and one that should be quite feisty given their history and with both sides on course to qualify for next summers finals with 15 and 12 points respectively so far. I'm not too keen on betting on this one with team-news hard to come by. I would suggest the home side are more likely to win, given their form but for me this is a pretty tricky fixture to predict so i'll sit on the fence and hope for a draw. 20.15 - Austria v Bosnia - Prediction - 2.1 - Best Bet - Austria to win @1/1 Austria are an improving team and have a great chance to qualify for next summers Euro's and I think they can beat an out of sorts Bosnia who have struggled in qualifying so far, losing to Israel and Cyprus while drawing with Wales and Belgium. Their only win came at the weekend in Andorra by only 3 to 0. Everyone wins in Andorra. I fancy the home side to keep their momentum going as they look to claim a 5th win on the bounce. Austria are 1/1 to win and that's my only bet here. other selected fixtures 1805 - Swtizerland v USA = BTTS @1/1 1930 - Sweden v Iran - NO BET 2000 - Ukraine v Latvia - NO BET Best Bets Belgium to beat Israel @4/7 Belgium -1 to beat Israel @6/5 England not to lose to Italy @1/2 Italy v England - BTTS @1/1 Holland v Spain - BTTS @5/6 Holland v Spain - Spain to win @11/8 Austria to beat Bosnia @1/1 Comments are closed.
