It's been another terrific day for bobookies with 2 out of 3 bets winning and 9 of my 10 suggested bets all winning to generate over 8 points of profit. Only Norwich let me down and that game was changed by a red card and goal before half time but I did get very lucky with Dortmund scoring in the 93rd minute to rescue my Deadly Double and secure a 3.1 win over Herth. After that it was winners all the way with Swansea doing the business again over Man Utd in a fixture that I highlighted 3 winning bets. BTTS @5/6, BTTS and over 2.5 goals @11/8 and Swansea not to lose @4/6. There was goals galore in Holland as well while Rangers romped to another easy victory, 5.1 winners at Q.O.S. Here is a recap of today's afternoon results and some further best bets for tonight's action to follow shortly. I was kicking myself when Dortmund conceded a late goal to Hertha having failed to cover them when they lead 2.0 but a 93rd minute goal saved my bacon and brought up the first leg of my Deadly Double which has now been confirmed a winner with BTTS happening in the first half of the PSV fixture with Feyenoord. Rangers won convincingly again with a 5.1 success at Q.O.S and we are now waiting on Swansea to avoid defeat at home to Man Utd to bring up my 2nd double of the day. My only loser so far today was Norwich who were reduced to 10 men in the first half of their 3.0 defeat at Southampton but it could have been a lot different without that game changing decision but none the less it is another day of profit for Bobookies. Here are my previews for best of tonight's action in Spain and Italy with some further bets to come. Here are my final picks for Sunday afternoon and after a late night I managed to over-sleep and miss the early kick-off at Q.O.S but I did advise the -1 on offer for the Gers to triumph in my preview posted last night and they are in my double.
Apologies for the late post. It's been a fantastic weekend for bobookies so we can try our hand at a few more bets for tonight's Spanish and Italian action with a sense of optimism that I can further add to the 23 points of profit generated in the last 24 hours.
The double and trebles are my bread and butter and in the last 2 days of action I have won 5 out of 7 with 17 out of 20 winning selections! I'll stop blowing my trumpet now... I previewed some of my favoured games for tonight in my earlier post and now I have my final picks for the last domestic action before the Internationl week to follow. Here are the best bets for Sunday night. *Page updated on Wednesday to now include final results with more profit added to my Sunday afternoon total! It was another brilliant Saturday with 14.5 points earned and I'm hoping to continue that form with an interesting looking card for Sunday. We have two fixtures from the Premier League including a tasty looking contest between Swansea and Man Utd while there should be goals in the big clash from Holland as PSV host Feyenoord. There's Spanish and Italian fixtures later in the evening and if I have time I will look to do some research before posting suggested bets later in the day. Time permitting. For now, here are the previews for the best of the afternoon kick-offs from across UK and Europe. It was another winning day at bobreaksbookies with 14.5 points of profit, 3 different winning bets and 12 out of 16 winning selections and it could have been even sweeter had there been further goal in the late game at Heerenveen. Still, I can't win them all. The day didn't start so well however with Newcastle failing to score against Arsenal and the red card for hot head Mitrovic after 15 minutes certainly didn't help matters. I lost 1.5 points on that early bet posted to Twitter but there were few disappointments on this afternoon. It really was a great day with my main double landing with City winning on the handicap and BTTS coming up at Bournemouth while I also landed 2 tasty trebles with my 16/1 goals acca falling short by just 1 goal at Heerenveen. I only got 1 from 3 dour draws but the other 2 games were level going into the last 5 minutes so we certainly got a run for our money there and indeed with every one of my bets and an overall profit of 14.5 points on the day is excellent. Here are my final totals for Saturday. I've previewed fifteen games from four leagues for today's best bets with goals the theme of the day as usual while I will of course be trying out those beautiful dour draws once more having nailed 2 trebles already this season. Here are my best bets for Saturday and hopefully we can end the month in style. Here are my draw selections for today as well as some BTTS and win selections and anytime goalscorer picks for small stakes only.
Another weekend is upon us and that means another full round of fixtures from across Europe and the UK and in my favourite league of all, the Premier League. Arsenal get things going in the lunch-time kick-off with a trip to an improving Newcastle followed by 7 more Premier League fixtures at 4.00pm CET including champions Chelsea at home to an entertaining Crystal Palace. Here are the previews, predictions and suggested bets for Saturday's action. Saturday's are always busy and there's plenty of action on offer again today with some interesting games across the continent taking place but I'm only looking at two of the big leagues with the Bundesliga and Eredivisie good for goals in seasons gone by. One negative for me in betting on the Bundesliga is that games kick-off 30 minutes earlier than in England. It sounds silly but there's nothing worse than a bust coupon when it's only 15 minutes into the 2nd half in England but that won't be happening today... I like the bets I've picked out from the wide selection of games on offer and I've only focused on a a handful of games from the fixtures on offer. Here are some previews, predictions and suggested bets. It's another busy day in the Championship and I'm focusing on about half of the fixtures on offer with my decision to spend more time on fewer games paying off so far this season with 55 points of profit in the opening 3 weeks. The season is still young so goals are the way to go for me with the form and current stats still short in supply and that's my theme for today and will be for much of the season to come. Here are the suggested bets for the best of the Championship action today. After last night's heroics, we come to Thursday and the dreaded and despised Europa league which is never short of surprises. While I enjoy the latter stages of the competition, at this point, picking winners is like a lucky dip so my primary focus is on the weekend coming up although I have taken a look at what's on offer tonight and I've picked out 4 games for goals but I won't be spending too much money on these dodgy Europa League ties. It was a great night for bobookies with both my deadly double and 10/1 tasty treble coming up on an evening when only Bruges failure to score against Man Utd cost me a perfect night with that the only 1 of 7 selections not to win. I was pretty frustrated by the lack of a goal for Bruges, and the moment they smashed the bar in the 2nd half, I was pretty convinced that was it for them. In the end United won handsomely and I was cursing my decision not to back the away win. Besides from that it was a pretty good effort with 6 winning selections, 3 over evens and the lowest being Rangers -1 @1/2. I even avoided Apoel and Everton who were both held to draws. Still, if every night is as "frustrating" as this one, I won't complain really and with August drawing to a close, it's going to be yet another winning month of profit and this the best yet with over 60 points gained in just 3 weeks. Here are tonight's sexy results and tremendous totals for August. I'm not going to go too crazy with the stakes tonight, nor indeed tomorrow for the Europa League but I do feel confident in the selections picked out with 2 deadly doubles to try and a tasty treble as well.
Here are my best bets for Wednesday. Following a 2 day absence, there will be some best bets for tonight's Champions League action including a big 2nd leg for Man Utd as they travel to Brugge.
My weekend wasn't the best for profit with Saturday particularly unfortunate. Swansea should have beaten Sunderland handily having lead 1.0 and their failure to do so cost me 11 points on the deadly double while a further goal in the Leicester game would have brought a further 8 points from my dodgy acca. Sunday was a poor day with my BTTS selections really letting me down but anyone following my LA Galaxy bets would have been happier as I tipped up 3 big winners. However despite all that , I'm still in healthy profit for the month overall. I missed out on last night's action and I was a bit annoyed considering the amount of goals that were scored but I'm back on it for the Champions League tonigt. Here are my results for Saturday and Sunday which I had neglected to update in the last couple of days and I will post a preview shortly for the games to come tonight. It's a relatively quiet Wednesday but there are five vital Champions League qualifiers to consider with Leverkusen's game against Lazio and Brugge/Man Utd two of the more intriguing ties, while there are three cup ties from the UK to look at including Rangers trip to Airdrie. Here are the short previews and suggested bets for the best of the action tonight. It's a busy Sunday ahead in Europe with all of our major leagues now back in action and while there are no real current stats or form to go on, we do have some tasty looking contests on the cards and I haven't been doing too badly so far with stats not so relevant in these early days so I'll continue to go with my knowledge and instincts.
Here are the previews and predictions for my favourite games today including a big fixture from MLS. Really. SUNDAY AUGUST 23RD - UK PREVIEWS - WBA V CHELSEA, EVERTON V CITY, WATFORD V SOTON, RANGERS V HIBS23/8/2015
Saturday proved to be a frustrating day as Swansea through away their lead at Sunderland to defeat my deadly double while Middlesbrough crashed at home to Bristol City to defeat the other. I did land one of my tasty trebles but I was denied my 15/1 Acca by a lack of a third goal at Leicester while the final sickener of the day came as Charlton grabbed a 98th minute winner. Yes 98 minutes to defeat Hull which resulted in only 2 out of 4 correct draws. I only lost 3.11 points on the day though, despite 7 out of 10 suggested bets winning in the Championship so we move on to Sunday with a whole host of fixtures to consider and my confidence undented. 3 games in the Premier League are the highlights of today's action with City and Chelsea both in action while there are fixtures from all the major European leagues as well as an early kick-off in Scotland as Rangers and Hibs clash in front of a sold out Ibrox. Here are my previews and suggested bets for the UK action with something to follow later for some of the European fixtures. Here are today's final selections for a lucky Saturday and I've gone a little bold with 10 points staked in total. As ever goals are my main target but I do fancy some home wins for the likes of QPR, Middlesbrough and Hearts while I will take a chance on our not so dour draws once more as we look to make it another super Saturday. Enjoy Jeff! Saturday's really are a nightmare in terms of studying for all the action we have on offer which is why I am sticking with what I know in the early part of the season with the Premier League and Championship my 2 favourite leagues to focus on. La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, and Eredivisie football is all on offer today as well as all of the lower leagues in the UK so obviously there is just not enough hours in the day to look at them all but I have studied all evening and picked out my best selections from the countless fixtures on offer. It looks like a tough card in the Championship but i have a few selections to add to those from the Premier League in my previous post as well us one bet from Scotland. Here are my suggested bets and some short previews for the Championship as well as 1 fixture from Scotland and another from Germany. It's a huge weekend of football with the return of La Liga and Serie A but my attention will once again be dominated by the action in England with full cards from the top 2 leagues. We do actually have some early form to go on with our selections in England compared to Germany, Spain and Italy where info is still light with the new seasons only now getting under way. Monday night football could be the highlight of the weekend with Liverpool visiting Arsenal and Bet365 are doing their £50 (25 euros) in play offer once more and I will be on that as usual. Before all that though we have 6 Premier League games on Saturday including Man Utd in the early game at home to Newcastle, followed by 3 more on Sunday with Man City taking on Everton at Goodison while Chelsea visit WBA in the Sky Super Sunday double header. I am making a change to my Saturday previews in that I won't analyse every game on offer, purely due to the sheer volume of action on a Saturday and from now on will only provide analysis and bets for the games i intend to include in my final best bets. Hopefully this should help me narrow down the winners as I prefer to study one game for 30 minutes, rather than 3 in the same time period. Anyways, enough of that. Here are my previews for the Premier League today. It was a fabulous Friday as my 3 draws landed yet again to generate a huge night of profit with over 28 points returned from just 2.25 points staked! My draw form is remarkable at the moment and it was 3 from 3 again as games at Morton, Hertha and Birmingham all finished level with 0.5 points on 2 of the draws and another 0.5 on all 3! In 1 week, I have landed 10 out of 11 draw selections which quite frankly is a ludicrous hit rate when you consider less than 30% of matches actually finish even. Remarkably, Sevilla also drew tonight and I was so close to actually making a silly quad with this as the final selection but nonetheless, it is a tremendous run of form in the draw market and I will certainly continue with these in the coming weeks although I wouldn't begin to expect too many repeats. Since the first day of the season I have been lazy in posting my results day by day so I have gone back over the last 2 weeks to look at each day and having tallied it all up, I have now generated over 50 points of profit since the start of the season which is way above expectations. |
