Saturday brought October to an end in profit with both of my "Deadly Doubles" returning as winners on a decent day @bobreaksbookies with just under 6 points of profit achieved from 7 out of 10 winning selections. I will be making 10 selections on weekend day's and these will be known as "Bo's 10 of the Best" which will represent my 10 favourite picks of the day and they will be divided into two doubles and two trebles in much the same vain of the last two weeks. The main double will usually be around the even money mark and represents my NAP selection. So once again I have done the business on a weekend day and I will have to give some serious thought about restricting myself to bets that only begin on days beginning with an S. I suppose I'll need to get someone to change Wednesday to Sednesday in that case but in all seriousness, it has become abundantly clear that I pick up most of my winners on the weekends and chuck half of it back on midweek nights. This has to stop and November is likely to be more profitable following a more disciplined staking plan which means for the next months ahead the bulk of my bank will be reserved for Saturday's and Sundays. It was a decent day although I wouldn't say I "fucking nailed it" , especially as I was only 1 goal short of adding a further 8 points to my profit totals but nonetheless, it was still a good enough Saturday and it got me over 6 points into profit for the month and over 70 points profit for the season thus far. And all this provided to you my lovely readers for the big price of zero a month. I will be considering some further changes to see if we can up our numbers for the next month and if you have any suggestions, feel free to hit me with them. Don't worry, I won't abuse you on twitter if you say something I don't like... I'm not the kind of person who will sit here and pretend i'm not confident in my ability when it comes to sports betting and I think I do a lot of really good work in not only researching and providing tips but also in doing all the hard work; Studying, number crunching, writing and editing these posts, analysing countless more matches that don't make it into my selections, but any kind of bravado or showmanship really needs to be earned in the numbers department and while there have been some fine days in the last month, 6 points of profit in 1 month is disappointing for me. I am looking and expecting to deliver at least 20 points every month (as I managed between March and August) so you won't see me exaggerating my results or downplaying the disappointments. I won't be doing handstands for 3 points of profit in a week or describing my odds on picks as fucking inspiring but I like to think I am an honest , cocky at times, opinionated but honest person and that is my way. I believe in myself and I have no problem expressing my opinion on something if I feel I have the knowledge to do so and I don't have any issue with those who don't agree with me. Freedom to express opinion is ingrained in our history and now in the internet and I will always take the time to respond to people who message me, even if they have posted something I don't like. Sure I might be cheeky back, but at the end of the day, in all seriousness, who gives a fuck? I have 1000 more problems in my life to let some twitter feuds bother me. Of course me and @bobreaksbookies are not entirely the same persona, and much of my twitter controversies are purely in the interest of "selling tickets" as they say in the boxing world. However, if you're selling tips for £5 a month and writing gushing reviews about picking 4/7 odds on winners and describing them as "fucking inspired" then for me, you are really selling your customers short in what they should be expecting from a paid service. I 've taken some considerable flack for my opinions on this but for me it needs to be said. Why anyone would describe a 4/7 pick as "fucking inspired" is beyond me. Are they even aware that the odds of such a bet winning are more than 63%? Meanwhile @bobreaksbookies, I continue to deliver countless hours of research, analysis and thorough previews that justify my selections in great detail and you won't find many (if any) other successful tipsters providing a service like this for free. I do it because I love it and hopefully one day there will be some extra money in it for me but in the meantime, I have to take the abuse of some "peers" who don't like to hear a negative opinion. I say this, because I was blocked from posting comments on sportipster even though I was still being insulted on both that forum and on twitter. At least here @bobreaksbookies, I can say whatever the fuck I please and that is why I have written this post today. I can't pretend to like criticism myself, so I understand the response to an extent, but I will always engage anyone who has their opinions, even if I don't agree. Indeed, in the last two months I was advised by two different people on methods to improve my service and I listened and I took on that advice. I didn't ask for it, but it was given and I didn't cry because someone didn't like my words or my layout. I got on with the job in hand of trying to improve and provide the best possible service for my small but loyal followers because this is a passion of mine. Sure this is just a blog, and not a sexy website but it's all about the numbers and while I have delivered profit in all but 1 month since March, and over 70 points since August, I am convinced that between now and 2016, Bobreaksbookies is going to get even stronger and break those bookies even harder with my deadly "10 of the best" (specifically williamhill) and I thank you, my readers for your continued support and positive feedback. So. if you managed to fight your way through my rant, please feel free to enjoy my free previews and suggested bets. I've split them into two parts today with my focus on Serie A as well as games in Holland, Germany, England and a late night MLS play-off tie. Here's part 1: #BOlieve Premier League 16:00 Southampton vs Bournemouth - Prediction - 3.1 - Suggested Bets - Saints to score 2 or more @8/13, Over 2.5 goals @4/5, BTTS and over 2.5 goals @13/10 Key Facts * Southampton have scored 2 goals or more in 8 of their last 9 home league fixtures * Southampton scored 22 goals in those 9 fixtures * Southampton have seen BTTS in each of their last 5 PL fixtures * Southampton have lost only 1 in 8 and are unbeaten in their last 4 PL fixtures, picking up 2 wins and 2 draws since their last defeat at home to Man Utd * Southampton's last 7 home league fixtures have all gone over 2.5 goals * Southampton's last 3 home fixtures have all seen BTTS and over 2.5 goals * Bournemouth have seen BTTS in 7 of their last 8 PL fixtures and in each of their last 4 away PL fixtures * 4 of Bournemouth's last 6 PL fixtures have gone over 2.5 goals including each of their last 4 on the road * Bournemouth have conceded 13 goals in their last 4 away PL fixtures with 2 or more in each fixture * Bournemouth have scored in their last 8 PL fixtures Final Verdict - Goals surely on the cards here I was pretty surprised to see Southampton quoted at 8/13 to score 2 or more in this fixture, especially considering they have managed that feat in 8 of their last 9 PL games at home while Bournemouth are shipping goals now with 10 conceded in their last two fixtures and 2 or more in their last 4 away games. Still, Bournemouth are a good footballing side and considering Saints recent run in the BTTS market, I fancy the BTTS outcome here as well @5/6 odds while the BTTS and over 2.5 goals price of 13/10 looks too big for me so I will be trying all of these selections in one way or another. ___________________________________________________________________________________________ Eredivisie 11.30 ADO Den Haag vs Feyenoord - Prediction -1.2 - Suggested Bets - BTTS @4/7, Feyenoord to score 2 or more @4/6 Key Facts * ADO have seen BTTS in 4 out of 5 home fixtures this season and in 9 of their 11 most recent league fixtures * ADO have scored in 19 of their last 21 home league fixtures * ADO have kept only 4 clean sheets in their last 20 home league fixtures * ADO are without a win in their last 8 league fixtures and have just 8 points from 10 fixtures this season * Feyenoord have seen BTTS in 4 out of 5 away league fixtures this season and in 8 of their last 11 on the road since April * Feyenoord have won 8 out of 10 league fixtures this season including each of the last 4 * Feyenoord have scored 12 goals in those 4 most recent wins * Feyenoord have scored 2 or more goals in 8 of their 10 league fixtures this season * Feyenoord have kept only 2 clean sheets in their last 14 away league fixtures * 8 of the last 11 meetings between these two sides have seen BTTS including 3 of the last 4 Final Verdict - On form Feyenoord to win and BTTS __________________________________________________________________________________________ 13:30 Heerenveen vs Cambuur - Prediction -2.1- Suggested Bets - BTTS @ 8/15, BTTS and over 2.5 goals @10/11 Key Facts * Heerenveen have seen BTTS in 8 of their last 10 home league fixtures including 4 out of 5 this season * Heereveen have seen BTTS in 15 of their last 19 league fixtures going back as far as April * Heereveen have scored in 25 of their last 30 home league fixtures including 9 of the last 10 * Heerenveen have not won any of their last 9 league fixtures and have only 8 points from 10 games so far * Cambuur have seen BTTS in 16 of their last 18 away league fixtures in the Eredivisie * Cambuur won only 2 of those 18 fixtures * Cambuur have not won any of their last 18 away fixtures * 13 of Cambuur's last 15 away matches have gone over 2.5 goals * Cambuur have kept only 2 clean sheets in their last 34 away league fixtures!! * Each of the last 4 meetings between these two sides has seen BTTS and over 2.5 goals * Cambuur won last season's corresponding fixture 2.1 Final Verdict - Goals very likely based on those stats ___________________________________________________________________________________________ 13:30 Utrecht vs Twente - Prediction -2.2 - Suggested Bets - BTTS @8/13 Key Facts * Utrecht have seen BTTS in 4 out of 5 home fixtures this season and in 8 of their 10 most recent league fixtures * Utrecht have seen BTTS in 8 of their last 10 home league fixtures since April * Utrecht have won 3, lost 3 and drawn 4 so far this season * Utrecht have scored in 18 of their last 20 home league fixtures * Utrecht have drawn 5 of their last 8 home league fixtures and have lost only 1 of their last 12 at home * Twente have seen BTTS in 7 out of 10 fixtures so far this season * Twente have seen BTTS 8 of their last 11 away league fixtures * Twente have kept only 2 clean sheets in their last 23 away league fixtures * Twente have won only 2 of their last 15 away league fixtures * Utrecht have seen BTTS in 5 of their last 6 home meetings with Twente Final Verdict - BTTS looks pretty good here ___________________________________________________________________________________________ 14:30 VfB Stuttgart vs Darmstadt - Prediction 2.2 - Suggested Bets - BTTS @ 8/11, BTTS and over 2.5 goals @11/10, Darmstadt not to lose @5/4 Key Facts * Stuttgart have seen BTTS in 7 of their last 10 home Bundesliga fixtures * Stuttgart have seen BTTS in 16 of their last 19 Bundesliga fixture * Stuttgart have seen more than 2.5 goals in 17 of their last 20 Bundesliga fixtures * There have been 20 goals scored in Stuttgart's last 5 PL fixtures * Stuttgart are 2nd bottom of the table with only 7 points from 10 games * Stuttgart have lost 7 out of 10 Bundesliga fixtures this season including 4 out of 5 at home * Stuttgart are good going forward with 10 goals scored in their last 5 Bundesliga fixtures * Stuttgart have won only 6 of their last 23 home Bundesliga fixtures - Darmstadt not to lose @5/4 * Darmstadt are unbeaten in their 4 away Bundesliga fixtures since their promotion * Darmstadt have seen BTTS in 3 out of 5 away Bundesliga fixtures * Darmstadt have seen BTTS in 3 of their last 5 Bundesliga fixtures Final Verdict - BTTS likely while the visitors can get a point or more ___________________________________________________________________________________________ MLS Play-offs 21:00 DC United vs New York Red Bulls - Prediction - 1.2 - Suggested Bets - BTTS @4/6, BTTS and over 2.5 goals @21/20 Key Facts * DC United have seen BTTS in 11 of their last 13 home MLS fixtures * Dc United have also seen over 2.5 goals in 11 of their last 12 home MLS fixtures * DC United have scored 2 or more in 9 of their last 12 home MLS fixtures * DC United beat New England on Thursday with a 2.1 home win * NY have had 3 extra days for rest and preparation having won the regular season with 2.1 win at Chicago last Sunday * NY Red Bulls have seen BTTS in 16 of their last 19 away MLS fixtures * NY Red Bulls have scored in 19 of their last 20 away MLS fixtures * NY Red Bulls have seen BTTS and over 2.5 goals in 8 of their last 9 MLS fixtures. 34 goals were scored in those 9 fixtures * NY Red Bulls have scored 2 or more in 6 of their last 7 MLS fixtures * NY Red Bulls have failed to win any of their last 4 away matches with DC * The most recent fixture between these two sides finished in a 2.2 draw in Washington * DC and NY have seen BTTS in both of their last 2 meetings in Washington Final Verdict - NY on form with BTTS pretty damn likely DC could be somewhat fatigued following their win on Thursday over the New England Revolution but this is a fixture that really looks likely to see BTTS with New York real favourites in this market and almost always conceding on the road. The visitors are favourites but they don't have a good record in Washington although I do think they can claim an advantage here and I'm going for BTTS @4/6 and the combination bet with over 2.5 goals and BTTS @21/20 with the visitors likely to be fresher and they can edge to a win here. ___________________________________________________________________________________________ Suggested Bets Southampon vs Bournemouth - Saints to score 2 or more @8/13 Southampton vs Bournemouth - Over 2.5 goals @4/5 Utrecht vs Twente - BTTS @8/13 Heerenveen vs Cambuur - BTTS @ 8/15 ADO Den Haag vs Feyenoord - Feyenoord to score 2 or more @4/6 ADO Den Haag vs Feyenoord - BTTS @4/7 DC United vs New York Red Bulls - BTTS @4/6, Heerenveen vs Cambuur - BTTS and over 2.5 goals @10/11 Southampton vs Bournemouth - BTTS and over 2.5 goals @13/10 DC United vs New York Red Bulls - BTTS and over 2.5 goals @21/20 VfB Stuttgart vs Darmstadt - BTTS @ 8/11 VFB Stuttgart vs Darmstadt - BTTS and over 2.5 goals @11/10 VFB Stuttgart vs - Darmstadt - Darmstadt not to lose @5/4 Comments are closed.
