It was a super week @bobreaksbookies with each of my last 8 NAP's and NB'S coming home as winners and I'm hoping for more of the same as we focus on 4 games from Saturday's games across Europe. I've picked out 2 games from the Bundesliga as well as 2from the PL in England and 1 from La Liga in Spain as I again look to focus my attention on a smaller group of matches to deliver bigger profits. Here are they Key Facts and Best Bets for Saturday with a 2nd preview to follow for the best of Sunday's action. 14:30 Hoffenheim vs Mainz 05
Prediction – 3.1 Best Bets - Hoffenheim to score 2 or more @8/11, Hoffenheim to win @17/20, Over 2.5 goals @13/20 Key Facts
Much of the stats and recent history between these two sides suggest goals should be on the cards and I’m going for over 2.5 goals here @13/20 while I also expect a home win for a side that have been very impressive this season. The hosts have won 9 of their last 16 at home, losing just once while the visitors have lost each of their last 5 on the road and with that said, a home win @17/20 seems like a nice price for me. Hoffenheim have scored 2 or more in 8 of their last 12 at home, and I expect that trend to continue against a Mainz outfit that have struggled defensively on their travels this season so most of my confidence is on the home side scoring at least 2 @8/11 while I expect over 2.5 goals and a home win as well. 15:00 West Bromwich Albion vs Stoke Prediction - 2.1 Best Bets – BTTS @1/1 Key Facts
Final Verdict BTTS has a good chance here if Stoke can keep up there impressive goal-scoring record in away fixtures as they take on WBA team that have been scoring much more freely than in recent years. Both sides are in reasonable form, and the 1/1 on offer for BTTS looks too big for me. Given Stokes ability to score in away PL matches (15 of last 17) and WBA’s fine home form, I fancy this one to produce BTTS. WBA could edge the win, given their recent form, but I’ll stick with the BTTS option at the big price. 15:00 Hull vs Liverpool Prediction 2.2 Best Bets – BTTS @4/5, BTTS and over 2.5 goals @6/5 Key Facts
Final Verdict Liverpool have had an awful January with their only win in 9 coming at the expense of League 2 Plymouth, and that after being held to a 0.0 draw at Anfield and I expect them to find the going tough again here against a resurgent Hull side who suddently seem to have some belief about them going forward. Under their new Portuguese boss, the Tigers have really upped their game and while key players Snodgrass and Livermore have been sold, new signing Kamil Grosicki looks like a fine acquisition and with 3 successive home wins, I fancy the hosts to get something here in a potentially exciting contest with a Liverpool side that can’t seem to buy a win at the moment. Hull not to lose is a fancy price of 2/1 and could be worth a shot but BTTS @4/5 is my best selection here in a match that I also expect to go over 2.5 goals with both sides likely to make plenty of chances. 19:45 Valencia vs Eibar Prediction – 2.1 Best Bets – BTTS @4/6, BTTS and over 2.5 goals @21/20 Key Facts
Statistically, this is my strongest selection of the weekend in the BTTS market with both sides showing very positive numbers in recent weeks and throughout the course of this season. Valencia have seen BTTS in 88% of all home La Liga fixtures this season while Eibar have a similar success rate when they play away from their own patch and while Valencia seem to have improved under their latest new gaffer, a 3.1 loss at Las Palmas on Monday affirmed that this is still a side with serious defensive issues. So, BTTS @4/6 looks as strong as another selection this weekend while I expect this one to also go over 2.5 goals and I’m taking the 6/5 on offer for that as well. 17:30 Borussia Dortmund vs RasenBallsport Leipzig Prediction 1.1 Suggested Bets – BTTS @8/13 Key Facts
What a season it has been for the 2nd division champions RB Leipzig so far and with 2 wins following the winter break, the bubble has yet to burst on what has been an extraordinary debut campaign in the Bundesliga. Here they face their 2nd hardest away assignment of the season and I fancy they can take a point in what should be a fearsome and high tempo match from the Westfallon. Dortmund have struggled somewhat lately, with 4 draws in their last 5 league fixtures and I fancy a similar outcome here. BTTS is short @8/13 and while I don’t expect a goal splurge, I do fancy BTTS and that’s my only pick from this one. Saturday Best Bets Valencia v Eibar – BTTS @4/6 – NAP Hull v Liverpool – BTTS @4/5 - NB Best of the rest Hoffenheim to score 2 or more @8/11 Dortmund v RB Leipzig – BTTS @8/13 Hoffenheim v Mainz – Over 2.5 goals @13/20 Valencia v Eibar – BTTS and over 2.5 goals @21/20 Hull v Liverpool – BTTS and over 2.5 goals @6/5 WBA V Stoke - BTTS @1/1 Hoffenheim to win @17/20 Comments are closed.
