For tomorrow's action I will be focusing on goals and especially in Germany where you can usually rely on high scoring affairs (despite the disappointments at Dortmund and Stuttgart this week)
Hoffenheim are a personal favourite of mine who are typically involved in high scoring matches. Staggeringly they have had over 2.5 goals in 31 of their last 34 Bundesliga matches and that really is a quite remarkable tally. Tomorrow evening they entertain Hannover and have scored 2 or more goals in 6 of their last 8 games. Their total goals scored of 57 over 26 is 3rd best in the league and they entertain a Hannover side struggling for form. 2 or more goals for Hoffenheim or over 2.5 match goals to be considered. There are 5 games in the Bundesliga tomorrow and quite honestly all look like btts to score. I will analyse further before putting my picks up tomorrow but on initial inspection, the matches at Augsburg and Nurnberg most appeal and Hoffenheim at over 2.5 goals. I will be focussing on the Bundesliga with the possibility of an Italian selection and Liverpool have to be fancied to score 2 or more at home to low dogs Sunderland. I have a feeling it won't quite be the romp of recent weeks for Liverpool but -1 is the bet that sticks out. My initial thoughts are that Sunderland will keep this below 4 goals. 2.0 is my feeling but I will consider more of this tomorrow. The only other Premier league matches looks best avoided as two of the leagues most inconsistent teams square off at Upton Park as West Ham entertain Hull with both sides proving to be more hyde than jekyll lately and this one could be 0.0 or 3.3. Let's leave it at that... In Seria A there is 8 fixtures to consider and perhaps there is a winner or two to be found from a tough looking card. Parma travel to Turin to face Champions elect Juventus but find themselves in fine form and could well score. Btts could be on the cards at a decent price while Fiorentina at home to Milan look well capable of winning at generous 6/5 odds. In league 1 in England we have Coventry at home to Stevenage. The home side's form has really tailed off in recent weeks but they are usually a reliable pick for btts and while they take on the bottom side in the division, Coventry have lost 3 of their last 4 conceding 12 in their last 5 and over 2.5 goals or btts looks a distinct possibility. In Spain, all three of the big boys are in action and Barcelona can be ignored at 1/20 odds on at home to Celta Vigo. Instead a Madrid double looks good with Real 1/2 to turn over Sevilla in their own back yard while Atletico could be backed on the handicap to see of Granada. This looks likely to be one of my doubles tomorrow. In Scotland we have 1 fixture worth considering although as a rule i generally do not consider Scottish football too often (mostly because it's rubbish) but I ignored this last week to lump on Motherwell at home to Inverness on the midweek fixture directly after Inverness losing the cup final on penalties. Motherwell's price of evens was far too good to ignore and they quickly sailed into a 2 goal lead. Still...i will rarely be looking to Scottish football to build the bankroll and tomorrows fixture which sees Dundee Utd entertain Inverness could be tough to call. i fancy Dundee utd to edge it but I think I will avoid this one.
