We have two fixtures in Serie A tonight with Roma hosting Empoli which is followed later on in the night with Milan travelling to Turin to face on form Torino side who have won each of their last five at home. Here's what I've come up with in my "Key Facts" for Serie A. Serie A
17:00 Roma vs Empoli - Prediction -3.1 - Suggested Bets - Roma to score 2 or more @1/2, Over 2.5 goals @8/11, BTTS and over 2.5 goals @13/10 Key Facts * Roma have seen BTTS and over 2.5 goals in their last 5 home Serie A fixtures * Roma have seen BTTS and over 2.5 goals in 6 of their last 7 Serie A fixtures * Roma have kept just 4 clean sheets in their last 16 home Serie A fixtures and only 1 in the last 7 * Roma have scored in 19 of their last 22 games at home in Serie A * Roma have scored 16 goals in their last 6 league fixtures * Roma have scored 2 or more in 5 of their last 6 league fixtures and in 5 of their last 6 in Serie A at home * Roma thumped Carpi 5.1 in their last home league fixture * Empoli have seen BTTS in 5 of their last 7 on the road in Serie A * Empoli have seen BTTS in 8 of their last 11 Serie A fixtures but not in the last 3 * Empoli have conceded 2 or more in 7 of their last 9 away league fixtures * Last seasons corresponding fixture finished 1.1 * Empoli have scored in 9 of their last 13 away league fixtures Final Verdict - Home win with goals likely I like the chances of goals here with Roma in great form and scoring goals for fun and with Empoli conceding 2 or more in 7 of their last 9 on the road, I have to go with Roma to score 2 or more @1/2. Empoli have shown they are capable of scoring away from home in this league and Roma are conceding as well so BTTS @10/11 looks generous to me while BTTS and over 2.5 goals is also tasty @13/10. 19:45 Torino vs AC Milan - Prediction - 2.1 - Suggested Bets - Torino to score 2 or more @5/4, Torino to win @27/20 Key Facts * Torino have won 6 of their last 7 home Serie A fixtures including each of their last 5 * Torino scored 2 or more in all 6 of those wins with 16 goals scored in total * In contrast, Torino have won only 1 of their last 8 on the road. They are very much a team relying on home form * Torino have lost only 2 of their last 15 at home * Torino have kept only 4 clean sheets in their last 16 at home * Juventus (at the end of last season) Fiorentina and Sampdoria have all fallen to Torino during their fine recent home form * Milan have lost 6 of their last 8 away Serie A fixtures including 3 out of 4 so far this season * Milan have conceded 2 or more in 5 of their last 8 away Serie A fixtures * Milan failed to score in all 3 of their away defeats this season * Milan have seen BTTS in 9 of their last 15 away Serie A fixtures Final Verdict - Torino a big price to continue fine home form I really like Torino's chances of a home win here against a Milan side that don't travel well and have lost 3 of their last 4 on the road. The home side have scored 2 or more in 6 of their last 7 at home and Milan have leaked 2 or more in 5 of their last 8 on the road and when you consider Torino's form at home in beating top sides like Juventus and Fiorentina, you have to fancy them against this Milan side. Torino to score 2 or more @5/4 looks like great value to me and while I don't like betting on wins much these days, I do think 27/20 is far too big for Torino to win as well. Serie A Suggested Bets Torino vs AC Milan - Torino to score 2 or more @5/4 Torino vs AC Milan - Torino to win @27/20 Roma vs Empoli - Roma to score 2 or more @1/2, Roma vs Empoli - Over 2.5 goals @8/11 Roma vs Empoli - BTTS and over 2.5 goals @13/10 Comments are closed.
